Yes, entirely. Each Heritage bottle is handcrafted in family workshops in Rajasthan, India, by 5th-generation master artisans. No machines, no industrial moulds. The artisanal hammering process takes 72 continuous hours. That is precisely why every bottle is slightly different — it is a human touch, not a reproduction.
Delivery takes between 15 and 30 business days depending on your region. This timeframe is inherent to our process: each Heritage bottle is a unique piece, handcrafted in India. Your order is shipped from our workshops in Rajasthan directly to your home. This timeframe is part of the Heritage experience.

In the evening:
fill your bottle with fresh water and leave it to rest overnight for a minimum of 6 to 8 hours.
In the morning:
drink one or two glasses on an empty stomach, before any coffee or food. This is when the benefits are best absorbed by the body.
It is
not recommended
to drink copper water exclusively throughout the entire day. Moderate, ritualised use is far more beneficial. A morning glass on an empty stomach is enough to fully benefit from the purifying, digestive and remineralising properties of copper. For daily use, we recommend our classic Ashwell™ bottle.
